  • Customer Service and Sales Consultant

    Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Consultant | Full-Time & Permanent | Location: Lagos, Nigeria

    About The Role: 


    You will be working as part of our Sales and Customer Experience Management Team (Petricor Customer Delight Team!), you will be the face and voice of Petricor! 


    Talking to our new and existing customers, you will deliver personalized services and advice to uncover their individual needs and match them with great digital and security transformation solutions/services.


    On any given day, you could be sharing your knowledge about our services and the latest innovative solutions/services we have on offer, or chatting to a customer about their support service needs. You could even be enlightening a customer prospect on the way to go about optimizing their business and productivity through the adoption of digital and security transformation technologies - it's a job with plenty of challenges and varieties to keep things interesting.

    Someone who has a history of success in fast pace working environment. Sales experience is an advantage. Customer Service experience and certifications are also a huge advantage!



    Remunerations?


    Start-up pay will be discussed in person with the prospects and they would have work benefits (Pension Contribution, Leave Allowance, Medical/Healthcare Insurance, Sales Commission-no less than 4% on profit, for sales successfully won for the business etc……..) and global standard career growth and development.
